FIND A THERAPIST FEBRUARY!

Aright now, in January I brought you 30 Days To A Career Breaks, and on this find day 31, I’m introducing something new for us in February.

I am hella excited y'all because it is #FINDATHERAPISTFEBRUARY!!!

What is #findatherapistfebruary? It's a new initiative I'm starting to make sure WEEE spend this month putting in the work to get a therapist if you don't already have one, or to get a new one if the one you have isn't a good fit.

If you saw the YouTube video I did with Erayna Sargent (@burnout_whisperer) last week, you saw me come to the live realization that one crucial part of my own self-care regimen I was missing was having a therapist to speak to.

I have always made the most progress in my life when I had someone to help me problem solve, review issues in my life, and work through my communication skills. And honestly, I miss having a therapist.

But I haven't had one in years, and I know it's time to get back on the wagon again. So for the month of February, I am going to be looking for a therapist that's a good fit, and I'm going to share all of the resources and tools I find here. We're talking about picking the right therapist for yourself, pricing, consultations, knowing when it's a fit...the works.
